Incline Chest Fly - Starting position

Incline Chest Fly - Muscle Under Tension

Set up & Starting position (seated or standing with cable machine)
Adjust the bench on a 30 to 45 degree incline and lie down on with a weight in each hand. Extend arms in front of chest at shoulder width. -
Eccentric phase
With slightly bent elbows, lower ams in a circular motion to the side in an open arm position. -
Concentric phase
Bring weight back together in wide hugging motion until nearly together, squeezing the pectorals at the top of the movement. Repeat.
