How to perform
Incline Chest Fly - Starting position
Incline Chest Fly - Muscle Under Tension
Set up & Starting position (seated or standing with cable machine)
Adjust the bench on a 30 to 45 degree incline and lie down on with a weight in each hand. Extend arms in front of chest at shoulder width.
With slightly bent elbows, lower ams in a circular motion to the side in an open arm position.
Bring weight back together in wide hugging motion until nearly together, squeezing the pectorals at the top of the movement. Repeat.
