Donkey Calf Raise - Starting position
Donkey Calf Raise - Muscle Under Tension
Set up & Starting position (bent over)
Stand with the ball of the feet on a low height platform. Start with heel down, stretching the calf.
Rise the heels off the floor and exhale as you contract the calves.
Isometric hold (optional) - Hold the position a second.
Inhale and return to the starting position. Repeat.
