    Donkey Calf Raise - Muscle Under Tension

    1. Set up & Starting position (bent over)
      Stand with the ball of the feet on a low height platform. Start with heel down, stretching the calf.

    2. Concentric phase
      Rise the heels off the floor and exhale as you contract the calves.

    3. Isometric hold (optional) - Hold the position a second.

    4. Eccentric phase
      Inhale and return to the starting position. Repeat.
